I am a classic yo-yo dieter and when I am watching what I eat I often go check nutrition facts on the web and when I am not , even if I know the calorie count I usually try to somehow justify want . I think it is nice that they are having to put the calorie counts on things but people want what they want and I am not sure it will make that much difference when making choices.
