You’re an inspiration to me. I feel trapped in my body but I want to change. Knowing change doesn’t come over night is daunting but surrendering to know that I can do this helps me to take a step, maybe a baby step every day is possible. Thank you again

Struggling myself right now. Wondering how you broke through the “why”? I lost about 90lbs 10 years ago and I felt great. I have since gained it all back, and my struggle is….why? Any suggestions on soul-searching?

Losing weight is hard. Being overweight is hard. Choose your hard. Most people who are overweight are using food as a solution to help with another problem. Why did you gain the weight back? Were you using food to cope with something else? Until you figure that why out, you’re going to struggle. Keep a good journal and write down when you go off plan- what did you eat, how wereyou were feeling, how you felt after. This may help you realize some patterns. Good luck

“The thing that surprised me the most was how much of a mental game weight loss is ” I really like this quote from your article, its so true and often the key factor in so many people losing weight. I also like your thoughts on volume foods. I will definitely be following your new blog, make sure you do lots of recipes with volume foods.
