Kelly Nocero Lost 100 Pounds: ‘Once I Made Up My Mind to Lose the Weight, There Was No Stopping Me’

“In my mid-30s, I began to gain weight. I would diet and start losing weight, but then I would always gain it all back and then some. Slowly as I got older, it seemed like everything I ate made me gain weight.

I can remember the exact moment that served as a turning point for me. I was in Myrtle Beach, S.C., on vacation in July 2014 with my sister and her family.     Wow, what an amazing woman! I love the simple approach that she took to lose the weight; counting calories and exercising!! And she looks fabulous!! I needed to hear this today; I tend to make weightloss way more complicated than it needs to be, and then i end up giving up. Thank you for sharing such an inspiring story!

    losing weight could be tough. You should calorie intake, cardio training, lower insuline etc.You should stick well disciplined and organized diet programme. You can find many good programme on internetr or find a god personal trainer. İ used this one before i go beach :)
