Ingredients

    Smoothie:
  • ¾ cup chopped mango
  • ½ medium banana, sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ avocado
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Pinch ground nutmeg
  • ¾ cup ice (6 large ice cubes)
  • Toppings:
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup chopped mango
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients (mango through ice).

    I made this for breakfast this morning. Very delicious and filling. I’ve decided if you put the smoothie in a bowl with toppings, it seems more filling. If I put a smoothie in a glass, I drink it quickly and then still seem a little hungry. I just finished reading your book. Thank you for being so honest and brave as you shared your journey.
