Happy Sunday, friends! I just got back from a Taste Tour of Grand Rapids, Michigan with a few food blogger friends. I’m still stuffed. We took a tour of the Grand Rapids Art Museum and got a behind-the-scenes look at the completely awe-inspiring Iris Van Herpen fashion exhibit; we toured Founders Brewing Company; and we even went out dancing. More on this trip soon!
Now, I’m looking forward to a shorter week before Daniel and I head home to Massachusetts for Thanksgiving. Last year Daniel’s family and my family began celebrating the holiday together, and I absolutely love that. I can’t wait until we have our own home to host it—hopefully next year! I’ll live to regret this eagerness, right? :)
How was your week? xo

“I just have to be very clear,” [Metz] says. “Whether or not I lose weight or stay the same, it’s purely a choice of mine for health. Not because I think that plus size, curvy, voluptuous, big bodies aren’t attractive — because I think they’re awesome and sexy…So I’ll just have to make sure that’s known, because I’m not selling out the big girls.” She laughs. “I don’t do that. That’s not me.”
