I am new to your blog and I really liked looking through this recap. I especially loved the post about why you eat bagels. I hate when people label foods as forever bad. There really is something truly special about a yummy weekend breakfast.

Andie you have been so inspiring and always there even though you’ve been so busy with your books and travel and all. I now need to take heed of your teachings because I haven’t done well at all in the weight loss and good health departments. I recently had a mild heart attack and it was directly related to my overweight condition (over 60 lbs overweight)high blood pressure and diabetes. Keep inspiring because it is what I and alot of others need.

Wishing you a prosperous new year and looking forward to those books! :)

You are such an inspiration to me. I have about 100 pounds that I need to use, and reading your blog makes me feel that it is possible. Thanks. :)

I stumbled upon your blog for the first time today and truly think I may have found my favorite. blog. ever. This is saying a lot considering I read at least 20 every day. Reading through these posts was so much fun and made me think about my own life in ways I hadn’t before. Though I certainly don’t need to loose weight and could actually gain some, your outlook on food is so healthy and inspiring. Thanks for sharing.
