Parsley Walnut Pesto
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until well combined.
