  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.


*Tip: Try slicing the banana and freezing it before blending so that you can omit the ice and create an even creamier, less icy texture.
