Ingredients

Avocado Toast with Fried Egg:

  • 1 slice whole grain bread toasted
  • ¼ avocado mashed
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 large egg pan-fried in cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper

Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon:

  • 1 slice whole grain bread toasted
  • ¼ avocado mashed
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
  • 1 ounce slice smoked salmon
  • ½ teaspoon sesame seeds

Avocado Toast with Tuna:

  • 1 slice whole grain bread toasted
  • ¼ avocado mashed
  • ½ 5- ounce can tuna fish in water flaked with a fork
  • 2 thin slices red onion
  • 1 teaspoon capers jarred capers in water

Instructions

Avocado Toast with Fried Egg:

  • On your slice of toasted whole grain bread, layer mashed avocado, sliced tomato, and fried egg. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon:

  • On your slice of toasted whole grain bread, layer mashed avocado, cream cheese, and smoked salmon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Avocado Toast with Tuna:

  • On your slice of toasted whole grain bread, layer mashed avocado, flaked tuna, and sliced red onion. Top with capers.
