Ingredients

  • 2 15-oz cans petite diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
  • 1 15-oz can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 pound ground turkey

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a 6-qt. slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Break apart the ground turkey into crumbles with a wooden spoon. Serve with toppings like shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, avocado, and fresh cilantro. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to a week.
