- 4 slices of your favorite seeded multigrain bread
- 1 ½ tablespoons salted butter softened
- 4 ¾-ounce slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
- 4 ounces thinly sliced turkey deli meat
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
- ⅔ cup sprouts
Spread the softened butter evenly on one side of each of the 4 slices of bread. Place the bread slices on a clean surface, buttered-side-down. Layer 2 of the slices of bread with Land O Lakes® Deli American, then turkey, then sprouts. Spread cranberry sauce over the remaining 2 slices of bread and use them to top the turkey- and Deli American-layered halves.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the sandwiches (lay them in the skillet with the Deli American side down) and cook until it has melted and the bread is golden brown and crisp. Carefully flip the sandwiches over and cook the other side until the bread is browned and crisp. Transfer the sandwiches to plates, slice in half, and serve hot.
