Thrive through the Holidays

There are so many wonderful things to enjoy about the last six weeks of the year: Thanksgiving, shopping for gifts, holiday parties, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve. I love seeing Christmas decorations and lights and interacting with everyone who has the holiday spirit. Like most people, it’s my favorite time of the year. But, also like most people, it’s the time of year when I am most likely to falter on my health goals. I strongly believe that it is perfectly fine to indulge on holidays and at parties. But too often it becomes a six-week-long binge where we delude ourselves into thinking we can just hit the reset button on January 1. If that is a problem that you can relate to, you might benefit from the Vida app and their Thrive Through the Holidays program.

Hey Andie! Happy Thanksgiving!Hope you enjoy your holiday. FYI !!! Saw your “twin” yesterday at lunch. I walked up and told her she resembled you and that was a compliment because you are so pretty! I also told her your website so she could see for herself.
Of course she didn’t need to lose 1 pound!!!
    ‘Nuf said. Enjoy your holiday!

Hi Andie! Have you ever thought of putting together a “what I ate” for the day, or even the week?? I’d love to see how you plan out your meals. That’s the HARDEST part for me!!
