Weekly Coffee Date

Happy Friday, friends, and happy Fourth of July weekend!

The Fourth is always such a happy time. Everyone seems to be in a good mood–grilling (FYI this is the most popular burger recipe of all time on Pinterest), celebrating, lighting the fireworks we bought in another state. And I don’t know if this is yet another instance of my memory failing me after age 30 or what, but I can’t remember a Fourth of July weekend when the sun hasn’t shined (unless, wait happened last year?).

I hope you enjoy yourself, your loved ones, and the summer xo

Remember a long time ago when I told you how much I love The Grub Street Diet–wherein celebrities/authors/persons of interest reveal all that they eat in a week? Right. I forgot about it. Good news is, I’m all caught up and I have to share this one: my funny love, Ike Barinholtz (Morgan on The Mindy Project)

I haven’t gotten on the adult coloring book scene yet, but when I hear LISA FRANK, I come running. She’s returning to the scene, and my heart, with adult coloring books.

Voxi Voyage Bags – I’m in love with these stylish, reusable plastic bags that my friends at DeLallo sent me! I’m using the small size for carrying makeup/lipstick in my purse and the medium for toiletries when I travel.

YES I am so flipping out over the Lisa Frank coloring book. I haven’t really been able to get into the adult coloring book scene either, but THIS IS OUR CHILDHOOD. I definitely had everything Lisa Frank when I was a kid. Going to be all over this when it comes out! :D

How did I not know about Grub Street?!!? I opened the link … about 2 hours ago and have been reading ever since lol. Also, I’m obsessed with the Mindy Project, so I was loling at Morgan’s! Hope you have (another) rain free 4th, you’re so right – it’s such a fantastic holiday!
